Phil Lisberg and Kris Sleater met in 1992, when Phil managed TORQ with Kris as lead singer,
who rehearsed at The Boardwalk Manchester in a room next to OASIS. ​

​In 2022, exactly thirty years later, Phil and Kris set up a production company called PK22
to sign and nurture new artists as their vehicle for synchronisation into Film and TV.
